Tremendous growth in technology, as part of the dynamics globalization, can lead to gaps student learning. Students tend seek information and instant gratification through technological tools that have a major impact on their learning approaches, making it more difficult for them be self-regulated learners. The aim this study is analyse effectiveness life skills counseling approach enhancing ability high school students. This research an experimental design by using randomized pretest-posttest with control group. participants consisted 54 students Senior High School level who were tenth grade. data collected Scale self-regulation Data analysis used two stages. First, testing required statistical assumptions, ie test distribution normality Kolmogorov-Smirnov technique homogeneity variance Levene test. Second, hypotheses conducted Independent Sample t-test. shows has meaningful effect average score group was higher than all components
